SOLIDEX, established in 1990, became specialised in the design, construction and maintenance of network systems with diverse scale and complexity intended for various economy sectors.
SOLIDEX S.A. obtained its current position at the head of Polish system integrators thanks to strong specialisation based on consistently applied state-of-the-art technologies of leading world manufacturers (including Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Check Point and Nokia).
The company’s activity encompasses
comprehensive implementation of projects starting with the idea and initial
design, through authorised deliveries and installations, implementation works
and training sessions, to tasks related with systems maintenance. SOLIDEX
provides professional service and technical assistance for all its network
systems throughout the entire country. The service is available 24 hours a day,
365 days a year, guaranteeing restoration of the functionality of devices
within a short period of time.
SOLIDEX is a member of ServiceOne, an
association established with the aim of providing high quality of services
throughout the world. The association is composed of 15 independent integrator
companies, leaders in the area of teleinformatics in their home countries.
Within its range are 33 countries and 83 regional offices. The potential
obtained in this manner, over 1300 highly qualified engineers (110 CCIE
engineers) enables the Company, in comparison with other global companies, to provide
very high quality of tele-information services.
The company’s head office in located in Kraków. The company’s branches operate in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Poznań and service points are located in Olsztyn, Lublin, Wrocław, Szczecin and Toruń.
The company services approx. 1000 Clients throughout the country, including all industry branches in its activity. The Clients include largest Polish banks, almost all telecommunication operators, large commercial networks, universities and a number of state administration offices.
Extensive competencies and experience of reliable experts allowed the company as the first in Poland to obtain the highest status of authorisation of its major partner namely the Cisco Systems Gold Partner status.
The company’s qualifications are also confirmed
by a certificate (obtained in 2002) that verifies compliance of the Quality
Management System with standard PN-EN 9001:2001. The certification also
includes Internal Control System, indispensable for turnover of dual purpose
technologies.
